    Warranty Policy

    At Chunariculture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our traditional sarees — including Bandhani, Patoda, and other regional specialties.

     

    Warranty Coverage

    We offer a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

    • Manufacturing defects (such as torn fabric or misprints)
    • Defective dye work or weaving issues visible upon delivery.

     

    What’s Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover::

    • Damages due to misuse, improper washing, or ironing.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Color fading due to exposure to sunlight, water, or harsh detergents.
    • Custom-stitched or altered sarees.

     

    How to Claim

    If you notice any issue with your purchase:

    1. Email us at chunariculture@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
    3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit (as applicable).
