Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.
